The rules that govern your use of Smart Inventory — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and NonZeroApps ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the Smart Inventory Android application, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

Your Account

You may use most features of Smart Inventory without creating an account. Cloud features and the web app require a Premium subscription and an account, which you can create using:

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nonzeroapps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Smart Inventory — your items, groups, tags, photos, additional fields, barcode values, and notes are your content. We claim no ownership.

By using cloud backup, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you (sync, backup, export). We will not sell your content, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

Premium Subscription

Premium is an optional paid tier offering cloud sync, the web app, import/export, quantity history, ad-free use, and other features. Subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing and offered in three plans:

Prices vary by country and local taxes — see the in-app Premium page for your local price. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal charge is the same as the last paid period.

You'll keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not delete your data.

Refunds are processed by Google Play, not by us. Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund directly from Play Store. After 48 hours, you'll need to contact Google with your order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). See Google's refund guide →.

Cloud Data After Cancellation

Cloud storage is a Premium feature. If your Premium subscription expires or is cancelled, your cloud data is retained for a grace period (currently 90 days) during which you can reactivate to restore access. After the grace period, cloud data may be permanently deleted.

Local data on your device is always safe and is not affected by subscription status. We strongly recommend exporting your data periodically as a personal backup, regardless of subscription state.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or to protect our systems. We'll give reasonable notice for planned downtime where possible.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, Google Play, Firebase). Outages or changes by those providers may affect availability.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

SMART INVENTORY IS NOT DESIGNED FOR CRITICAL APPLICATIONS WHERE DATA LOSS COULD CAUSE PHYSICAL HARM, FINANCIAL DAMAGE, OR REGULATORY VIOLATION. FOR SUCH USES, PLEASE USE A SPECIALIZED, AUDITED SYSTEM.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONZEROAPPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and (if applicable) cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to defraud us, or for legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. ownership, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes affecting Premium subscribers, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
